Cancellation Policy
1. Registration Process • All participants must complete the online registration form before attending a class. • Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. 2. Payment Terms • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. 3. Refund Policy • All sales are final. • No refunds are issued for missed classes, except in cases of class cancellation by Aksi Jade LLC • If the instructor cancels a class, a make-up date will be offered. 5. Rescheduling • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Aksi Jade LLC reserves the right to reschedule classes. • Participants will be informed in advance by email or text messages.
